Cole Palmer Dismisses Manchester United Rumours, Reaffirms Commitment to Chelsea

Share:

Cole Palmer has dismissed speculation linking him with a move to Manchester United, insisting he has no plans to leave Chelsea. The midfielder said he “laughs” at the rumours, reaffirming his commitment to his current club.

Palmer, who joined Chelsea from Manchester City in 2023, has quickly become an important player at Stamford Bridge. Despite a slight dip in form this season, he remains one of the club’s key attacking options, having scored 53 goals in 124 appearances overall.

Reports had suggested that Manchester United could attempt to sign the 23 year old, partly fueled by claims of homesickness and his childhood support for the club. However, Palmer has rejected those suggestions, stating clearly that there is no truth behind the transfer links.

The England international enjoyed a strong start to his Chelsea career, scoring 43 goals in his first two seasons. While his current campaign has seen fewer goals, he continues to play a central role in the team’s attacking setup.

Palmer’s comments are likely to ease concerns among Chelsea supporters, as the club looks to build stability and maintain its core squad. His stance signals a focus on development and long term success with the Blues rather than a move elsewhere.
